Snapchat is expanding its AI-powered chatbot, My AI, to users globally and introducing new features.
Users can now personalize their AI with custom Bitmoji variations, bring My AI into group conversations, receive Snapchat recommendations such as places or Lenses, share Snaps with My AI, and soon receive unique generative Snaps back.
Efforts to improve My AI include ensuring 99.5% of responses adhere to community guidelines, considering users’ age, adding moderation technology, and integrating My AI into the Family Center parental tools.
Users can provide feedback on My AI responses for further improvement.
